Here are some answers to a few frequently asked questions that may be helpful in making your BUN IN THE BOX purchase.

How do I give BUN IN THE BOX as a gift? You can gift a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION where the mommy to be will be gifted a box each month until the birth of her baby and your card will be charged every month. Or, you can purchase a ONE TIME BUN IN THE BOX in which the mommy to be will receive one box for the month of your choice. Either way, you can add a personalized gift message to her box.

Is there a cost for shipping? Yes, USA shipping has a charge of $5.99 a month. International shipping is $19.99 a month. 

When will BUN IN THE BOX be shipped? Once a box is purchased, orders will be shipped within 5 business days. Monthly subscription orders will be shipped the same time each month. There are increased order volumes during certain holidays, such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, that may impact box delivery speed during these times. 

Will I get a notice when my box is shipped each month? Yes, you will receive an email each month when your box has been shipped. Please note that each monthly email will note the original box you ordered. Not to worry, we keep track of everything and you will receive the box you are intended to receive.

Can boxes or single items in the box be returned? No, once a box is received we do not accept returns of the box or single items within that box. If there is an item in your box that is broken or damaged please contact us at buninthebox@gmail.com

Can can I cancel my BUN IN THE BOX subscription?  Yes, your Bun In The Box subscription can be cancelled at any time. Subscriptions must be cancelled before your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees associated with cancelling your subscription, unless you cancel after the next billing cycle date. You will then be charged for the following month’s box and you will receive that box as your final reception. To cancel your subscription please log in to your BUN IN THE BOX account and cancel it within your account. (When you first ordered, you should have received an account activation email. Check your spam folders). You can also email us at buninthebox@gmail.com with a cancellation request and we will handle it for you.
